Sonesta Miami Airport

I stayed only one night and everything was fine except the service from the person who was in the reception the day I left. He was not polite at all and not even offered me to give me invoice although I was doing the check out and I needed of course to have my invoice.

Congratulations to Davian and Santiago! Polite, fast and professional. Thanks for all your help. I would like to congratulate as well to all the shuttle drivers. Just perfect! Free shuttle service to the airport 24 hours is just amazing. Comfortable beds and rooms. Free coffee in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really thought they went the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The room was spacious and well-cared for which made up for the hotel seeming a bit dated. The shuttle drivers were especially kind, helpful and friendly. Really made me feel good riding with them.

The 24 hour shuttle was exactly what we needed and one of the main reasons for my booking. There was storage when we arrived before check in time for our luggage, and a place to eat across the very busy street.

breakfast was not included on my booking. room was good and hotel's location was perfect. Gym is one of the best i have ever experienced in these level of hotels
